Notes From the Road

Hey All!
I wanted to check in from the road. It has been a busy couple of weeks. We are now in the long haul of the first leg of the Dreaming Out Loud Tour.City to city and town to town, We have seen a lot of really good friends out there. We really like to keep everyone involved and let you know what's up out here. Please keep up the support and hit the show that is in your area.

A few must mentions from out here on the road. It was quite surreal as we visited the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. And now the record, Dreaming Out Loud has been cataloged. It is not everyday that you realize what you wrote is now in the formal history books of good ol’ rock ‘n’ roll. It was a great time and we look forward to visiting again.

Then a really good stop was to visit our friends, and Keith Moody Band Sponsor, Dr. Z Amplification. The tour was kickin’ and seeing first hand just how the best amps you can play are made was great. They treated gave us the rock star treatment and we thank them for helping power the Keith Moody Band experience!

This trip has also taken us back to the Gulf Cost. It was great seeing you all there in Mobile, Destin and Pensacola. Now we are off to Louisiana and Texas. Don’t miss the stops. Houston, we have a treat for you! Come out to Cactus Records for an in-store appearance. These are always so much fun and a great way to connect with the band. We hope to see you all there.

For now, stay cool in the summer heat, and get out to a show. Let us know where you want us to be next.

First two weeks in the books!

The first two weeks have gone very well. We crissed crossed Texas, hit up Shreveport, LA and Little Rock, AR for the first time. As I type this we are preparing to move further along the road and into the year with dates in Memphis, St. Louis and Evansville. We are adding new dates all the time with the diligent work of Steve the Drummer, so make sure to check those out and let us know if there is anywhere we missed. Also, make sure to come over and check out all the new content we will be adding on the site, and also follow us on Twitter, because we give our followers many opportunities at content in real time and up to the minute. Sometimes even shots at free stuff, and we all know that is the best kind of stuff.

2010 LINES TOUR 

I am very excited about getting dates on the books for our next tour. We are playing Billy Block's show in Nashville on December 29th to finish out what has proven to be an outstanding 2009. January will then have us intensely rehearsing, and then its off to TEXAS for the start of 2010. Texas, what an incredible place to play! They love their music and we aim to play them some!! After Texas we have dates coming in across the mid west from Missouri to Indiana. Nothing gets me more pumped than knowing I will get to meet new and old fans and play, play, play!!!! Stay tuned as this is only the beginning as my "mighty" team and I are hard at work booking the rest of the year.

Let me know if there are any venues near you we need to contact. We'll get right on it  .

Well everybody, its November and the holidays are just around the corner and I have lots to tell you about. I have new music for you to check out up on the juke box and brave new touring idea. I will be unveiling both very shortly and hope you guys will be hip to it. Congrats to Casey on winning the "cover song " contest, I will be posting the new video within the week.

What's up everyone!  Just letting you know this week I will be headed back to Auburn for the first time this month! Hope to see you out.
